NSFW, operated by Preeminent Global of DC, has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We prohibit the creation, distribution, or possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), and any behavior that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors, anywhere on our platform. This applies to every account, profile, message, and piece of media on the Service, without exception.
These standards apply to the NSFW mobile app (Android package com.lifelessons.nsfw), operated by Preeminent Global of DC ("we," "us"). NSFW is an 18+ adults-only service: our Terms and Privacy Policy require every user to be at least 18 years old, and we do not knowingly permit minors to register or use the Service.
We strictly prohibit, and will not host, promote, or facilitate:
Any user or content found to violate this policy is removed immediately, the responsible account is permanently banned, and — as described below — the matter is reported to the appropriate authorities.
Every profile and every message in NSFW has a built-in Report option:
Reports involving a child, or content that sexualizes or endangers a minor, should be filed under the "Inappropriate Content" or "Other" category, with details describing the concern in the description field. Submitting a report also gives you the option to immediately block the user so they can no longer contact you or view your profile.
Every report is routed to our Trust & Safety moderation team for review. Reports that indicate possible CSAE are treated as our highest priority: the reported content and account are reviewed on an expedited basis, the content is preserved as evidence, and the account is suspended pending investigation.

We comply with applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where we operate, including U.S. federal law requiring electronic service providers to report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
